The freezing or video loss in remote playback may be due to:
1. Too many uploading and downloading tasks at a time. The server may get busy with too many uploading and downloading tasks at the same time.
Note: When you want to play back a video remotely, the videos in the hard disk drive would be first uploaded to our server. Then you can download the videos from the server to your phones or PCs for playback.
2. Unstable network. Network signal is a significant factor influencing the video quality. Freezing and video loss may occur with playback in an unstable network.
Therefore, please make sure your phones or computer in an unstable network. And leave some time for video buffering before the playback.
