Please refer to the steps below to connect your DVR to the computer browser.
Step 1. Connect the DVR to your router properly via an Ethernet cable, and make sure the Internet is available. Please see this FAQ to connect the DVR with the router.
Step 2. Find the serial number of your device (see this FAQ).
Step 3. Visit the website www.xmeye.net in Internet Explorer.
Note: IE browser is highly recommended, for browsers like Chrome, Firefox or Edge might not be compatible with your system. Please refer to the FAQ to run Internet Explorer.
Step 4. Visit the link to download and install the plug-in into your browser.
Note: If you find the plug-in won’t install into the browser, please see this FAQ to fix the problem.
Step 5. You can log in to the system via 2 methods—user account and device.
Note: The user account refers to your mobile app account, whereas the device method means your device serial number. Then log in to the browser with the serial number you just found.
