When you find the image is black and white in the daytime, it might because the cameras are not compatible with the recorders. And you can fix this problem by following the instructions below.
Step 1. If both your cameras and the recorder are ANNKE products, then tell us the model number of your camera and device. Please refer to this FAQ to find your model number.
Step 2. If the DVR or camera is not an ANNKE product, please find the brand and model number of your devices by yourself, and provide us with the information. So that we can check if the recorder or camera is compatible with ANNKE products.
