If you want to use a phone or a computer to connect the system, the P2P status must be online like the picture below.
For the new version, please right-click on the monitor and go to a fast network, then you could find the P2P status:
If it is offline, please check the setting and connection on the NVR.
1. Please make sure NVR is connected to the router by using the network cable. If the system is still offline, please try to change another ethernet cable to connect the NVR and the router.
2. Please make sure you are using the WAN port instead of the LAN port on NVR to connect the router.
3. Please try to fix the IP settings of the NVR by following the below picture:
