AI Floodlight Cam adds to the phone app by connecting to the wifi, when the live view is intermittent, it will most probably because of the weak wifi signal. For this problem, please check the causes below:
Cause 1: The Obstacle weakens the Wifi signal
Walls, Floors, Furniture, and appliances can block the Wifi signal.
To improve performance, try the following suggestions:
- If you can, please move the wifi router closer to the AI Floodlight Cam.
- If your Wi-Fi router is in the cabinet or hidden by furniture, move it to an open position at least 6 inches from any wall.
Cause 2: Too many devices connect to the wifi router
- If too many devices are connected to your Wi-Fi network (such as a phone, computer or TV), they may slow down your connection and affect your product. To release the Wi-Fi network, please disconnect you very little. The device you are using and can connect to the AI Floodlight Cam normally
Cause 3: The wifi router is too old
- Please use the latest router(The router had better within 3 years). If it has a problem when you connect multiple devices, you can connect your router provider for the firmware to upgrade it.
