For this system, there will be some optional way to reset the password, please kindly find which way is suitable for you:
1. The general super password according to the date display on your monitor.
Please connect the recorder to a monitor or TV and check the date on the screen.

If the system date is 2019-07-17, please try user name admin, the super password is X4sVjR6531
If the system date is 2019-07-18, please try user name admin, the super password is Umt9PX4528
If the system date is 2019-07-19, please try user name admin, the super password is UtH4Fw4997
If the system date is 2019-07-20, please try user name admin, the super password is HXFRaa125k29143
1.If it works, please log in recorder and restore it to factory default so that a password can come back to default one blank(nothing).
2. Please identify the capital letter, small letter, letter o and number 0
3.If it says your system is locked, power off system and power on so that you can try
4. The super password we provide to you will be invalid the next day.
5. Super password can only work on TV or monitor, NOT on computer or phone
