The DVR/NVR cannot connect to the network, showing 'Offline'.
Below are some possible reasons and corresponding solutions.
Reason #1. The DVR/NVR's network setting is not correct.
a. Follow the instruction to configure the DVR/NVR correctly: How to make the P2P status to be online?
b. Reboot the DVR and try again the setting.
c. Do a factory reset on the DVR and try again the setting.
d. Try a firmware upgrade on the NVR if available.
Reason #2. The connection between the DVR and the mobile app is not configured correctly.

Reason #3. The network status is not fluent enough.
a. Test the network rate. Annke system requires the network to be 2Mbp/s or above.
b. Connect the DVR to another network.
c. Connect your phone to another network. (If the phone view is inaccessible)
Reason #4. The router blocks the port for DVR to perform P2P.
Solution: Open the port on your router for the DVR's P2P function.
Reason #5. The ethernet cable between NVR and router is defective.
Solution: Try another ethernet cable.
Reason #6. The router may have a hardware problem.
