Note: There are two ways to change the correct information before the order is shipped out.

You also can send the e-mail to support@annke.com and change well.
- We can change the street or zip code directly with the information provided by you.
- If you want to change the country, we suggest you cancel the order, then you may place a new order with a refund.
2. Wait for shipment
After the update is confirmed, we will arrange shipment within 48 working hours.
If your package is already sent out, please contact the local express company for this issue. Normally they will call the contact number shown on the parcel if the package cannot be delivered.
