The web portal that you have to log into still requires ActiveX. No browsers seem to support it, and the instructions to make it work on the portal have links to download controllers that don’t work. This needs to be updated to work fully in modern browsers, or more functionality needs to be added to the ANNKE Smart App.

    Mark what are you trying to do with your camera. I still use IE and the WebUI while it is low quality Web pages. It does work. If it works in IE then it will also work in Edge using IE Tab.. The app while it is a Smart home app there is a-lot already in the app if you didn't already figure that out, Picture below is Edge using IE tab.

    However after looking at the app little more. I agree that there should have a little more things added to the app,. Like the ability to Focus where it will pan and tilt with +/- zoom however if what you zoom on won't auto focus there is no app function to  manual focus so it would be nice for that and to add Presets.. I have some older PTZ cameras with the feature of zoom, focus and Iris on the app. Some have Preset set and others don't so it is a hit and miss but would be great to add to the camera seeing this camera has presets built into upto 255 even if only in app because of coding the ability to setup only first 25 would be great add-0n
