local video works but cannot live view

Up until last night my local and live view was working fine

I can still view the local video from all cameras from my remote location righ up to present time but live view (streaming) is non functional for all cameras

this problem is the same on both the android app and the windows desktop client

any sugestions welcome

  Sorry don't know what system you are working with but I am going to guess that maybe you setup a View Encryption and it is looking for a Code. However it will normally tell you can't view without a code. Outside of that would need to know what type of system you are working with.
