    Sounds like the code for issue of failed to search video, I would double check the connection of the device. Also might be a search issue that was placed where you have no recorded history for the time or day you searched. I would double check your connection to the device and storage settings and make sure that it is setup right for your playback searching. 

    Also might help to post more info about what device you are working with as there might be a known issue. (Not saying there is just in case)

    Hi there,

    The error code 380070 means: "No record is found in the specified time segment."

    James was right, the issue is likely from the hard disk drive or recording schedule of the recorder.

    Please check and make sure your ANNKE system has a recognized hard drive inside and there is a record plan configured on the system.
