WPT400
PTZ does not work.
I can't control the camera manually.
I'm trying it in Myannke.

There is only a new of things that could be going on here really.. First to be clear when you are at home using PC or PC Software for the camera can you access the PT controls and it works? Have you tried to restart your Phone? Are you connecting using Annke App Remotely or local network connected?
My guess is could be an issue with Wifi, and or connection speed of your phones connection while trying to use the app.
