is it possible to acces web interface configuration on annke crater 2 camera model I71BK ?

  That is a APP only camera. As it is as some might call it a Myannke camera  or a Smart Home camera that works off a APP only. I don't own it but it might support RTSP or CGI but my guess is that they are only App supported device...
