So today the issues are getting worse. Now no longer a Green image only in my App the Image is Grey in WebUI and Blue Iris if I have it running at the time. So only thing I changed yesterday was I moved the Sub Channel Encoding to h.265 seeing the Main Stream was there. So today I thought ok well seeing it is worse lets change both Main and Sub h.264 and see if that works out better.. Oddly when I did the first (main) and after the camera rebooted the camera started back up at a Very Strange Time.

8-4-2013 WTH.. At 20:00 see picture below

OK this is starting to really upset me now.. So not so long ago I said I was going to just change my Router to setup for 22 as my Ip for the camera.. Now this is Crazy... Tonight I waited until the auto Reboot time and right after a reboot I thought Ok lets connect as it should be 22 seeing I setup my Router to use that IP for the camera's Mac address... 10.0.0.22. Nothing there was nothing there even though I could clearly see the camera do the Pan Dance using my other camera that is in area of view that is close to the same as  the WZ500...

Reboot came back to 2 and changed time zone to 4:00 and data back 2013 WTH is going on.. Now I had it setup in the Router, I will admit that I did setup and leave static in the camera at the same address so I thought for sure it would keep 10.0.0.22 even have a different camera in my router setup at a static IP of 10.0.0.2 one of my Doorbell cameras.. Yet the Annke camera again loaded with 10.0.0.2.. So now I changed back to DHCP in the camera. I just hope the camera will keep the 10.0.0.22 after the next reboot. I mean this just going to make it so I turn off the daily reboots if it can't keep thing where I want them.. I will admit when I saved after choosing DHCP the camera rebooted and it was able to be accessed at the 10.0.0.22 as expected so lets hope it keeps it this way.. However it did again change back to Daylight of 4:00 and turned on the saving that I had and always change back to off after a reboot.

So far the issue with the Green is gone. After I posted this thread I remembered another camera from a different company had same issue. Remember changing from h.265 to h.264 cured the issue and seems to have done the same for the WZ500.

So now things getting even more messed up.. This camera is very confused. 1 It don't listen to my Router for An IP. I am not sure how it even knows what range to put it on seeing when I did a Factory Reset of the camera to see if that could cure the issues (It didn't) I also setup the time for daily Reboot to be 3pm. It does reboot at 3pm however what is worse to the whole thing the camera for no reason I can tell also is rebooting at 1am.

So tonight after the Reboot the camera came back at 10.0.0.2 WTF..... So I thought ok maybe the camera don't like to have Ip address in low numbers and most of my CCTV IP's are 140 to 244 so I thought ok I will setup the Router to not use 22 and have it use 202. I setup in the router and saved. I then reboot the camera and it loaded back in to 10.0.0.22 after a Manual Reboot. Even though the Router setup in Static for the Cameras Mac address to give it 10.0.0.202..

Also so I am clear. I have removed it from Blue Iris at this time to make sure that the issue isn't being made by some 3rd party software. That hasn't made any difference to anyone that thinks that could have been the issue. I don't have it connected to any of my (many DVR/NVR) because I like to make sure that a camera can work on it's own before I start adding it to a System recorder where I have other cameras that I require to be working right. I don't need a Bad Camera to make working ones no longer work correctly..

Now tonight the camera is gone. it isn't at 2, 22 or even 202 where I have my router setup for the camera to get a Static IP at. Earlier tonight around 9pm EST I was looking at some things with zoom, The camera was put back to preset 1 and then the camera went out of Focus. I brought it back to focus using the WebUI and it kept going out of focus. So i just left it again this camera was being used at the time being in a place where I already have a 20x zoom PTZ located anyway so I left it be. Now I was trying to get a connection before the unknown reason Reboot every night at 1am even though I have it setup to reboot at 3pm.. And the camera isn't reachable in the app. So that is crazy.. It is connected using Cat cable so it isn't a Wifi issue. All other cameras that are connected are working as expected. Only camera not reachable is my Annke WZ500.. Man what a mess..

Also just looked at the Switch the camera is connected to using a PTZ camera that I have installed where the switch is located and it is showing the camera is still talking to the network over the switch. right now I just seen it Reboot with another camera in the area outside that is looking in the area of interest the WZ500 is located and I seen the camera lights  (IR) turn off and come back online However that could be because of my other 20x zoom camera because it is setup for auto Reboot every night at 1am. So yeah not sure I will have to check it in the day time. To late to go back there with all the skunks and night critters that run back there..

Now is it back online on IP 10.0.0.2 Guess issue was it was fighting with my doorbell camera for the IP seeing my router is setup to give that IP to the doorbell. I removed the power from that doorbell camera seeing I have it connected on a IOT Power Plug so I just turned off the doorbell camera and after watching the camera dance checking the 202 and 22 I tried 2 and sure enough it was on that IP. The camera don't listen to my Router seeing as I said before the router is setup to give it 10.0.0.202..

LOL so today after the 3pm reboot access isn't at 10.0.0.2 however if you look at the IP in the cameras setup you can see that is what it is setup (By camera not me) however my connection is at as you can see in the address bar 10.0.0.22 lol

So something new to add. Last night before Midnight the camera went offline and the app couldn't find it but I could still see that it was able to talk to the network. I removed from power and restored power and it came back online. Time again changed to -4:00 even though I had it setup for -5:00 so here is what is odd. I didn't turn on Reboot every day and today even though it went offline for a few seconds like it was rebooting when I was able to log back into the camera 20 seconds later the time stayed the same this time. So maybe the reboot is causing this however it was happening more then just reboot times and odd times. Like when it changes from Color day time to IR at night. Not because it lost power. I am using the Power supply that was with the camera so it isn't like an issue of using a power supply that was mine and not enough unless the power supply that is provided isn't really enough? i mean most of my Real PTZ cameras come with either a 24vac 3amp power supply or 12v 3.5amp power supply. This is only camera that I own that came with a 12v 2amp power supply but still don't explain why it would change time zones lol.. I have some bigger 12v power supplies I might test out that are 3.5amp, 5amp and even have some 12v 10amp and 20amps supplies so I have more then enough power I could test it out with..

So today I have a new issue. Had BI offline all night and went to start it at Noon my time today. When I started it all the cameras in my list loaded besides the Annke WZ500. So I had the WebUI up and there was data flowing so I was like huh why nothing in BI. I went and used the setup for the camera again in the BI and all came up doing a search, I saved and still offline.. So I went back to WebUI and looked in Video/Audio and then clicked on the Sub Channel dot. and even in the WebUI it says there is no Video WTH..

So to cure this I had to do a Reboot of the camera. As I stated somewhere before when the camera came back online you can see that there is some big issues with the thing seeing it is showing that the date and time are way off in la la land.. 2013 at 8pm. Changed the Time Zone back to -4:00 again after it corrected it self to show almost the right time seeing I am -5 but I am sorry there is no other camera I own besides some very old ones with dead Clock Batteries that have wrong times after a Reboot. This is very Problematic.. Image was reduced to fit on forum no other editing was done seeing it was over 3.5m and forum said only 2m could be uploaded so I reduced the size by 60%

LOL today again no Sub Stream in the camera. Also today there is another issue that I have not seen before and that is the time is no longer being shown on the main stream at the top like you can see in the picture above this post you can see in the picture below there is no time showing WTH is going on here.. Don't even see in the WebUI anywhere like all my other IP cameras or Recorders where I could turn off the time, Don't even seen that feature in the WebUI for the WZ500 so how is it off?

Yeah there is an option in the cameras WEBUI,, However I didn't turn it off and now seems like something that Annke has done without me asking them too. This isn't very cool

WOW the Older this camera gets the stranger it becomes. So what is the issues today.. Well without asking it to the camera removes the time and date and my name I put in the camera. Worse then that as of now the camera no longer goes back to Preset 1 after i move the camera to another location. Now I am starting to get a feeling like I am being Trolled by someone that has access to my camera even though I changed the Password. However I am aware that companies have ability to send commands to cameras they know the Serial Number for. Like a different company Smart Home Product was having some issues while on Tech line they said I am going to send a command to your camera to reboot and it did. So I know they have some type of GOD rights and not to cool about this TBO..

So didn't want to Jinks my self so I didn't say anything. However over the last couple of days the camera has been working well. Not changing the Time Zone every night after a strange reboot and then it did once in the middle of the day. Outside of that there has been no issues until night. I seen it reboot at about 1am and after about 120ish the camera went offline. I can't access it anymore local IP or over the app. Then lets see what did I change well I added an Offline notice in the Annke system as there was an option. Said it could take up tto 30 min for it to come up blah blah blah.. Funny thing is I just got the Notice right now thought it was coming back on however it was just a offline notice.. WTH.. So I thought Ok lets reboot the camera. I removed power form the camera waited 2 min and restored power. Camera can be seen in one of my other cameras with the IR lights on.. So there is power there... WhY ME? It is the camera to the right corner the black one is my Real PTZ camera from a different company from 2016 2mp. Thought I would be able to replace it with the Annke not seeming that way.

Here is a better picture from my PTZ that is in front of the WZ500. I looked at the connection that is in the picture you can see there is Network status there. it is raining right now and no there is no water in the connection that isn't an issue the area is under cover and dry. I know I didn't put the Weather proof cap on the camera but I have a couple other cameras back in there that don't have any caps on either and have worked for a good few years.
