You will need to look at the camera body and where you enter the Micro SD card there should be a Reset to Factory Switch. You would need to press this until you hear the Camera Click *Normally the IRC filter* will click if it has one anyway. I don't know that camera so I can't say that it can work in that way or not.. I know that All IP cameras I own have a Reset button on/in the cameras body for being able to Reset the Camera to Factory defaults. Right now don't use the camera on a granted internet line because of the user before you still has it connected to their Annke Vision App they can see the camera. However if it is connected to your NVR POE port this isn't always the case. Unless your NVR is working like one of my Pro Versions does where it works in Bridge Mode POE then that NVR POE ports uses my Networks normal IP range and not one from the NVR.. Not sure if Annke has a NVR like that but just wanted to make sure I put that out there incase your NVR in fact was setup that way on the POE ports..

    Be Safe..

    Hi James,

There was a little plate underneath that I had to unscrew and there I found the reset button.

Device is now reset and "Inactive" so I can configure it.

    Thanks,

    Richie
