    I just purchased the Model number DN81R and found out its got wires on it I thought this was a

    a wireless camera unit for outside use how long are the cable to be able to use

    Hi Jim, 

    The DN81R system is a wired system, which will be much stable than the wireless system especially you use them outside.

    For the cables in this kit, it is 60ft *4pcs, if you want it to be longer, please feel contact us to get the longer cable.

    We have recently bought model DN81R and are having a complete nightmare getting it set up, the setup wizard fails all the time, can not set email alerts up, doesn't find all the cameras in the set up wizard so cant set any motion detection.

    I feel we have wasted money on this as we are getting no response on how to fix this issue and I can not locate a telephone number to call anyone regarding these problems
