    Hello Neil, please kindly note, for model DN81R, the new app is Annke Vision. The usage of this the similar to Annke view. For more information about this app, please kindly move to https://help.annke.com/hc/en-us/requests/new and search Annke Vision. May it makes sense~

    I download annke view 3 monts ago and everything was fine, set up was easy and was working till Saturday. Delete my dvr and kick me out from my profile. Now i can't log in. Is because the new update i guess.

    May I know the problem is about the Annke Vision APP? If yes, could you please click the Forgot Password to change the password for the APP account. After that, please check you could log into the APP or not.

    Yes the problem is annke vision app. I have tried to log in 100 times by click forgot password but is show me that user name is not exist. And error cod (101013)

    @Dimitar Zhelyazkov,

    Could you please register a new APP account on the Annke Vision APP? After that, please send an email to the technical support: support@annke.com. The technical support will help you to unbind the device from the previous APP account, and you could add it to the new APP account after the unbinding.

    Hello , so I finally got past the same issues everyone else above seemed to be having but now my DVR is showing offline. I reset my entire network which was no easy task and rest the DVR itself and nothing has helped. But when I looked in the DVR under platform access bow it says status offline. How did your app update cause all of this. Nothing in the DVR has changed it didn't even have a mouse or keyboard attached until now. And the network has not been modified. Please help.

    Annke vision stop working after the app update. This is the third time that happens. . why after an app updatr your system does not reconized my password... WTF!!!! Its always a problem... My model no DN81R
