Annke not booting up

I have a wireless annke model n441l
It was working fine but now it will not load or boot up
All I get is the annke screen on and that’s it I can’t see the cameras I have tried unplugging it several times any help would be appreciated thanks

  Hello, please refer to below:

  1. Please open the cover of the recorder and remove the hard drive

  2. Please replace a power source (12V2A or 12V3A) to power on the NVR
