    I bought an ANNKE Model DW81KD Cameras.  The hard drive was already installed. Can I connect it directly to a tv or a computer?  What connections do I need other than what it came with.  Also, is there a remote control that I can order for that kind of cameras.  I tried to connect it to my tv, nothing happened only two lights turn green the left and the right ones, not the middle one.  Please let me know what else I need to connect it directly to my tv.  Also let me the model  number for the remote for that system if any.   THANKS.

    Ive tried to unbind my device via the annke vision app and i keep getting this error after entering my password, "Only the device in the same area with the app can be unbound from its account'. My model is DN81R

    To unbind the device, you could also submit a request with a picture of the white-label of DN81R. The white label is underneath the DN81R. After that, the support agent will help you to unbind the device.
