    @Rev. Bill Hao Firstly, please check the cameras are powered on or not. If the cameras are powered on, you could see the infrared lights when covering the cameras. If the cameras are powered off, please change another power adapter for the cameras. Secondly, please follow the link to do the troubleshooting: https://help.annke.com/hc/en-us/articles/360000250381
