    My system has been locked since unboxing. I don’t know what you mean by order information. I got it from amazon.

    Just for anyone reading this, I’ve already called amazon tech support twice, been in 4 chats with amazon tech support who was unable to reach annke. I literally sent 4 emails and a FB message, this problem has been ongoing for 3 days and I still can’t use my cameras.

    same here my recorder breaks down have to waith days for a reply first the offer me 8usd i say i want to use my warranty they ask 30usd for shipping if i ask a question 10min later from what country they will ship they just dont answer if they ship from china it will be cheaper to just buy a new one thats what they want i asked just give me a discount in the sore on aliexpress so its free shipping from europe to that they dont agree

    i was very happy with the product but now there is a problem don't count on it to be solve fast

    yeah that good possible 5days allready no solution that is good for me only for them 

    30usd shipping so much more than half of the value when the product is just 6 months old if u buy new shipping for free

    and i understand a shipping cost but not so much during warranty period  its very irritating that the just let u waith for hours or day before a reply i will also not advice this brand to anyone
