    Min is doing the same United kingdom AP version is 3.7.2.0404

    Mine has been doing the same.  Live feeds are fine but notification snap shots are saying "Loading Pictures Failed'.  I am in the UK AP version 3.7.2.190404.  Please fix as video associated with the snap shot also doesn't plat.

    Hello. I have solved the issue now. It was something to do with image and video encryption in the settings. I turned it off and now it is working again. Hope this helps you guys x

    Hi Veiled Witch.  In the app under Hard-Decoding Preferred my setting was turned on.  I took this setting off and it now works.  Thanks for the heads up.

    My question to Kate is -

    "I assume most users, would like the Hard -Decoding preferred to be switched on, presumably to encrypt the data across the internet.  The last update obviously messed this up.  Can Annke please fix the bug?"

    Hello, I have a new issue now. I am not receiving any notifications at all now (see image).  I checked that all settings on the dvr were correct and that the app was set up as per the video instructions but nothing is happening. This is very upsetting.
