    Hi, friend, 

    If you got the problem that mentioned your device has been added into another account.

    Please use your phone to take a very clear picture of the white label underneath your DVR/NVR and then send to 

    support@annke.com with the subject unbind device.

    We will tell you after serial number is removed from another account.

    WHY:

    Phone APP is using the system's serial number to connect system. But system's serial number can only be added under one APP account registered by your email address.
