    Hi, Shams,

    Good day!

    For the CCTV system, the default username is admin. The admin account is the administrator account for the system. It can't be changed. If you don't want to use the admin account, you need to add a new account for the system.

    For the phone APP issue, please send a request to the technical support team: support@annke.com. Our technical support agent will try their best to help you solve the problem.
