    Mine is doing the same thing, has been since last night. 

     

    I contacted ANNKE | Support <support@annke.com> to get a firmware update, awaiting their response.   it appears they may have released an online update that is not actually available. 

     

    I disabled the auto-update feature but it doesn't seem to have corrected the issue, it keeps freezing waiting to download a file

    Hi Tim, for this problem, please send a request to support@annke.com. Besides, please mention the model number of your system on the email. The technical support agent will provide you a solution based on the model number.
