    Hi, I have a system of 3 NVR wireless cameras. But I have a problem that the annke sight app does not let me visualize past assessments. can you help me correct this

    Could you please tell me more details about your problem? I have no idea about 'visualize past assessments'. Besides, please tell me the model number of the NVR system. The model number could be found on the sticker of the NVR.

    The problem I am having is that I cannot visualize the recordings through the APP. I can only watch the cameras live.

    Hi, Emilio,

    Based on the pictures, the security system has no recording for playback. It will be caused that the hard drive isn't recognized by the system, or the recording settings are not set up correctly. Please follow below instruction to fo the troubleshooting.

    Already do the indicated. But it does not work.

    But I still have the doubt that the recorder is recording, as you can see in images, but what I do not achieve is to remotely observe the recordings in the application.
