Cameras show Annke logo non stop and no camera output

    Good day!

    If all cameras have no footage on the monitor, please check the cameras are powered on or not. Here is the instruction about how to judge the cameras on or off: https://help.annke.com/hc/en-us/articles/360000249282

    If all cameras are powered off, please change another power adapter for the cameras or remote the power splitter cable from the cameras.
