Annke 3k lite system installation with wiring already done
I am trying to install Annke 3k lite system. However the property where I am trying to install the system already has wiring done for the camera systems (they had another system before we took over) the wiring is done with the ethernet cable. Now on these 3k cameras i dont see a port to connect to an ethernet cable. How do I go about installing these on the existing wiring?

If you are asking how to connect Analog cameras to Cat5e or Cat6 cables to the DVR for your cameras you will need to buy some Baluns and would look for ones that will work with your Camera type. Plus there are some that offer more then just Video and Power, if you have the need for more then find the ones that fit your needs. If you just need the ones that will do video and Power then again make sure it supports TVI and you can connect the camera to the one with the Male power plug, Then the other one would have female to connect the power supply for your camera.. Keep in mind that distance can be an issue if the cameras are High Power so might need to move power to the camera and just use the Baluns for Video. I have an Annke Camera that I have to do that with because of the power it requires for the camera..
Outside of that if your camera is stand alone you will need to pick up a DVR for your Analog camera. Cat cable is designed normally for Ip cameras that can be standard and or POE powered..
