annke dt61bs will not get online

i just got this dt61bs hybrid unit. it will see all my wired and ip cameras but it is not getting on my network so that i can see it with another nvr at my desk.  how do i change the settings? i tried and all the numbers i input are not working.

my network assigned the ip address but when i input different ports i see them changed in the nat section in the left side but they are not changing on the right side and they are not active so it is not letting me see it on my other desk nvr.  so how can i set this to go live in the upnp side. i think if that go active i will be able to see it on my desk nvr

 

what would i put in the ddns section. for now i have my frontier modem info  in there

in the tcp.ip section it filled all that from the modem auto

i have ntp turned off now as i do not need auto time settings.

 

i do not have me as a user yet i have admin but i put in a password. do i need to set a user and log into the user to change the setting? i did that a few times but then it makes me enter a password and in the admin side i can use a pattern for now that is easier than doing the password. or can i set a pattern in the user logon? if so how do i get to that?

  ok it has to be defective i repackaged it up and sent a return to ebay. all m other dvrs will see each other so this one has to be a bad unit.

  Did Annke ever acknowledge the issue or even try to help in anyway at all?
