I purchased a Sannce system less than a year ago, from Walmart, from annke. Along with said purchase was an extended warranty that we added and paid for. After chatting with customer service agents months after I initiated having a problem with my system killing multiple drives upon connection, to both sannce and annke. Holding both companies accountable in this situation. They recognize my system as faulty, and instead of honoring the warranty (not including the purchased extended warranty) they keep offering me to purchase a whole new system? With it being within the original warranty period, you would think that either company, Sannce or who I purchased it from, Annke, one of them would honor the warranty, especially knowing that an extended warranty was purchased along side the original purchase of the system. I have attempted to have this situation righted, but I just keep getting offered to pay for another system. But let's not take into account that the system has fried two perfectly good drives that worked fine seconds before connecting to the dvr or recording. And yes both were for cctv recording. And yes both were more expensive than the sannce system together. I'm more upset that I need my system to record and don't want this system messing up anymore of my personal technology. Extremely disappointed, frustrated, and dissatisfied.
