    May I know the problem is that all cameras won't show pictures on the monitor? If yes, please check the connection status of the cameras on the Video Manage page. If all cameras are disconnected from the NVR, please follow below instruction to pair the cameras with the NVR again: https://help.annke.com/hc/en-us/articles/360000254341

    Hi, friend,

    If the HDD doesn't boot up, please change another power adapter for the camera system. The power adapter should be 12V/2A.

    There is power to the NVR and the outside LED's light up but the middle light (HDD) doesn't light. I cannot enter into the Manage page. The cameras are plugged in, yet I can't get into the Manage page. With another power adapter the system has the same symptoms.

    Do you mean you can't access the system on the monitor? If yes, could you please provide me a picture of the monitor screen? I will locate the problem based on the monitor screen.

    On start up is the Annke page for a minute and then goes to black forever.
