Hdd power cable

Ive installed a seagate hdd but the power cable in the ankle system uses a smaller than usual molex fitting. Does anyone know where to get hold of 1 please. They have offered me 1 from China with a 4 to 6 week wait and a bill of aprox 15 pounds.

Ive neither the patience tò wait or the want to purchase something the is only worth a pound or two.

  Could you please take a picture with the HDD power access port? so that we can quickly identify the problem and find out if we can share the different for you

  hi did you manage to solve this. my power lead on my annke is causing me issues and keeps giving intermittant power to the hdd, ive done the same as you, bought a new hdd power lead but the molex fitting on the annke is a lot smaller

   

  are they annke specific fittings???? i cant be without my cctv for too long

  Hi Steve,

  Could you tell us the model of your Annke recorder? Some of the recorders will need a specific power lead for hdd.
