I was able to use my phone app but now it shows no camera at all. 

Also I keep getting the "the device has already been added by another account" when i try and log in

  Hi Sir

  If the app says your system is added by another account, you can send us pictures of the label at bottom of the recorder to show its serial number and we will remove the serial number from another account so that you can add.

  We will tell you after serial number is removed from another account.
