A week or so ago all 4 of my cameras appeared offline. I reset my NVR, router, and both phones that are running the app. Since then my cameras are all back online, but when I get a motion notification it always says "Fails to get alarm message.". This happens even when I get a push notification to my phone or if I check the alarms manually. It also doesn't matter if I'm on the local network or somewhere else. It worked fine for the past 8 months, and I don't believe I changed any settings when I reset the NVR. Any suggestions? Thanks!
