    My NVR is N48WHP1T. I believe I've fixed the problem though. I began having other issues and found another post mentioned a new app. The new app seems to be working.

    I'm not sure why there hasn't been any notification that the old app was apparently being retired.

    I will admit that I'm not super comfortable with the new app. There was no notification that the apps were changing, and this new app only loosely seems associated with Annke. It's not great having my home security stuff running through an unknown third party.
