PC Remote Connection
I have a Sannce 8 camera DVR in another location , model DN81BJT that I cannot connect with my desktop PC. Cloud service says unknown error and IP address says cannot find system . I know it's working because I can connect with my phone using a Sannce Vision app. I have downloaded the camera app to my desktop called CMS which is suppose to work. Tech service has been worthless

For this problem, please check whether or not the system is connected to the network now. It could be checked on the Main Menu-->Info-->Version-->Natstatus.
