Hi. I've bought a H800 System including a POE NVR and 5MP Ultra HD PoE Bullet Cameras in July 2019.
I can't view recorded daylight footage on Annke Vision App (iOS) but I can easily view recorded night footage and live view through the app. I get an error message "video playback failed (260015)". I have no issue to watch recorded video directly from the NVR (easy access to all recorded 24/7 videos = everything is well recorded!).
My NVR is just wired next to the router with high-speed and stable internet connection (320Mb down / 20Mb up) and video compression set to H.265+ (the reason I bought this HD/4K system).
I found on Annke Helpcenter website that an Annke moderator (Andy) has explained that :
- "...the video in the hard drive is uploaded to our server first. Later, phone or computer download it from our server....
- Our server is not very good enough to support too many videos downloaded and uploaded...."

This poor explanation showing the lack of providing a stable service is unacceptable for the price we are paying those products - it's really bad if it's really the case!
What is really causing the error please ?
and how to solve the problem please ?
