annke system still bound to previous owner

just moved into new house with an annke 8 camera system. the system is still bound to previous owner. how do i get this switched.

  I dont have the Admin password to enter when trying to unbind from the preious owners account. the unbind will not work without an admin password. is there any other way to unbind from previous owner
