Annke Vision App on Sony Android TV

Has anyone got Annke Vision to work on an Android TV? I have managed to side load the app as I have with many other Xbox remote play included so I know the TV is capable of it. I can install the App and add the Annke NVR but when it goes to connect it says its offline. Any ideas greatly appreciated
