Hello I bought 4 c500 bullet cameras, I would like you to send me the latest firmware update, as I can't send the email with the image attached if I program the motion detection

  Hi Giovanni,

  Are your C500 cameras working with the Annke NVR (model N48PBB)?
  Because this NVR doesn't support image attachment in the email alert. In this case, there isn't a firmware update to make it possible.
