    To view your ANNKE system remotely, please make sure the system's P2P cloud status in ONLINE. Here is the instruction for your reference:

    To view the system in the local LAN network, please use the IE browser and install the plug-in per the guide on the webpage. If it still won't work, please try the access via the client software Annke Sight:

    The IP 172.20.x.x is an internal session between the camera and the main unit. We don't need to change it or the camera will lose connection and fail to show any picture.
