Email setup not working. Failed to send

Email notification is not working and looking through the troubleshooting it says that P2P must be set up.  So I go to set up P2P and I need to sign up for it but in the disclaimer it says that they are allowed to get your personal information and device information.  Does this mean that they can access anything on my computer?  I'm not very computer literate but it doesn't sound very safe to me.  Will signing up for P2P open the door on my other data and accounts.  Yes, I am old and don't understand all this stuff!

  Those are the instructions I was following.  What I am asking about is the personal information that Annke is allowed to collect.  What kind of personal information is it?

  Please don't worry, and we don't collect personal information except for the email address. But the email address is necessary so that we could communicate with each other.

  If the email notification does not work, I will create a request for you to our technical support team, and the technical support will help you sooner.
