    Hi Menashay,

I have the same camera as yourself and have a similar problem where everything seems to work Ok on my WiFi at home and can see live streaming via the App however when on Annke Vision App away from home on 4G the App says camera offline. Think it might be because of Port Forwarding on my router isn't enabled for the camera, not sure what to use in my router for the settings though Protocol TCP/UDP/Both? WAN Port? LAN Port? Any ideas appreciated.

    Cheers, Paul.

    Paul,

In your router you may have 'WAN Port' and also 'Lan Port'. Try setting both of them to the same port number. For example, if you set your cam to have HTTP Port 888 (irrespective of what you set the camera server to be) put the wan port and the lan port as 888. Another issue you may have is that the camera has DHCP turned on. If the camera goes through a reboot the ip address of that camera is likely to change and then your port forwarding will no longer work.

    I hope this helps.

Ok tried setting both the WAN Port and Lan Port the same however still same result. The IP of the camera is still the same and got DHCP on. On the same page of the Port Forwarding section in my router settings there's also a IPv6 Configuration did you need to set anything for this? There are fields for private IP address, Port rang start and port rang end.

    Cheers, Paul.

    Paul,

I did not need to change settings for IPv6. You might want to check on https://canyouseeme.org/ that your ports are open. Otherwise this may be the same error that I am getting. Cannot see the cams with Annke Vision (but can see those same cameras using Internet Explorer)

Ok will check, so you can see your camera on 4G outside your network via Internet Explorer but not with the Annke Vision App?

Not on 4G. 4G is for the phone and for this I have the Annke Vision. With Annke Vision I cannot see the cameras at all. I can however see the cameras using a PC and Internet Explorer even outside my LAN
