    Thanks for the quick reply. Model is N98PBK. It was working perfectly until I upgraded my phone, it doesn't even work on the old phone either. Must be something in the settings that I missed.

    I can only view live when I'm close to the same router connected to NVR but no live view when I'm far using mobile data
