Myannke - What to Do If You Forget the Camera's Password?

The default password of the camera is admin.

If you forgot the new password created by yourself or the default password admin can‘t work, please reset the camera to the factory default settings so that the password comes back to default one admin.

There are two kinds of Reset buttons.

1. Please use a small pin to press and hold the small button (reset button) at the bottom of the camera for about 30 seconds until you hear a click sound when the camera is plugged into the power source. Then wait for 20 seconds until camera rotates, it indicates camera resets successfully and password comes back to default one admin. (Model I21E/PD1 won‘t spin even if reset succeeds)

2. Please use your finger hold on press the reset button for about seconds until you hear a click sound when the camera is plugged into the power source. Then, wait for 20 seconds until the camera rotates, it indicates the camera resets.
