    You posted your request in a Capture part of the forum My guess is that it won't help you much here.. Might want to post the question in General or Hardware. However what I can say is that the DVR's don't have a Reset button and there were things in the software that you setup to protect your self from being locked out. 

    If you bought this DVR used with a password that you were not given. Then I would contact the seller and ask them for a Password to unlock it. you might try admin admin for user and password maybe they were nice enough setup the system like that. If they didn't try a few others like admin admin123 or admin admin1234 and so on. Once you are locked out from trying to log in unplug the device and wait 10 to 20 seconds and plug it back in and keep going. However my guess is the last owner was smart enough not to make it so easy to crack if they never really meant for the system to be sold. In that case you might be out of luck. However if you are the Real Owner of the DVR and forgot your password then there are ways you can get it recovered using the DVR Forgot password features built into the DVR.
