E200 TVI camera bought as add-on to Swann system - infra red ok but no normal video

Hi 

As stated above , i bought an Annke E200 off Amazon , as the specification seemed like it might be compatible with my current Swann system (DVR8-1580 system using T835 cameras) and a number of people seemed to have successfully incorporated the Annke camera with various Swann systems.

However , when i plugged in I got exactly the same issue as on this post from someone else below..  Was there an answer or is it it just basically incompatible ?

    Have a nice day.
    Swann DVR 8-1580 is a  720P system. E200 is 1080P,  the camera's resolution exceeds the DVR’s access capabilities, so it will not work.  And if you have any question, do not hesitate to contact us support@annke.com.
