NC800 exposure time to be increased

Hello,

I have an Annke NC800 camera and I am very satisfied with it. However, we need a firmware upgrade that is crucial for us. We use these cameras to observe the starry sky and need greater sensitivity. We would like the maximum exposure time to be increased from 1/3 to 3 seconds.

I understand that this requires effort, but it would be a very important improvement for those of us dedicated to astronomy. I am attaching a photo with the information I am requesting.

  We don't have cameras with long exposure times, so it is not recommended to point the camera lens at strong light sources. If you want to take pictures of the sky, please use a professional astronomical camera. And if you have any question, do not hesitate to contact us support@annke.com.
