NVR model # N48PBB
OK I'll try this again when I get to the page to add devices list it does show 8 channels and the 1 time it showed they were connected but did not show them on your monitor. I then went to the operation and selected Plug-and-Play then I lost all the cameras then I went to manual and put the IP address and the password in the locations showing and they no longer showed they were even connected ?? What am I missing or doing wrong? All the 4 cameras were all new and were POE cameras. Everything that I'm using are all new that includes Both cat 7 &cat 8 connection to the NVR. This has been about the 15-20 times I've tried to get this to work I have also have 2 new POE switches will this NVR accept a POE switch? I have sent you what I have as to the model's cameras and what came with them.

Dear Customer,
Have a nice day.
If you purchased a new IPC from ANNKE, connect the IPC to the POE port of the NVR with an Ethernet cable, and the NVR will automatically activate the IPC and display the image. No other settings are required. If you are not familiar with the product, we do not recommend modifying the adding method, just keep the default settings. If the IPC has been activated and a password has been set, and the password is different from the NVR, it is recommended to restore the IPC to factory settings (usually there is a hard reset button). If you purchased an IPC from another brand, it is recommended to add it manually using onvif. And if you have any question, do not hesitate to contact us support@annke.com.
Best regards!
