Annke Vision app for Andriod stops monitoring and warns me I've been watching for 5 minutes
I use my android Tablets to monitor a number of cameras. Lately the screens say I've already been been watching for 5 minutes and freezes until until I hit the play symbol. I want to PERMANENTLY view these cameras and not constantly miss out of what I should be monitoring. If there was an upgrade to the ANNKE VISION app I'd like to roll it back so I can constantly monitor all cameras from my office. This has only happened recently and it's unacceptable for my needs.

Dear Customer,
Have a nice day.
For the setting remote setting with the Cloud connection, it is confirmed with a 5-minute live view each time.
For this design is used sometimes if the customer forgets to stop the view, and the auto-stop will save the data. Because the live view is limited by the P2P servers.
Not only ANNKE's monitoring system, but most security systems only allow free real-time viewing for a few minutes.
So, after 5 minutes, you can click play again for live viewing. If you do not want to click play again after 5 minutes, you can try to connect the device to your annke vision app account via ip address.
Warm note this methods requires to view the device on your phone only when your device and your phone are connected to the same network.
Here is the instruction for your reference.

Is there a paid version of the app so we can get 24/7 live view. I have two locations that I have to monitor. One will stay live continuously (occasionally a monitor will drop, but you just have to tap it again), but the other one will give me the message that I've been watching for 5 minutes.
One unit is a N48PAW and haven't had an issue since 2022
The second unit that keeps dropping is N44PAM and purchased it this year.
