CT1GV0103 locked to NTSC?

I purchased a CT1GV0103 1080P PTZ, AHD camera. My current DVR can support PAL or NTSC. My current cameras are PAL and this camera has a big red error on screen as it is NTSC. If I select NTSC in DVR, all my other PAL cameras give the error.
Can this CT1GV0103 be switched to PAL in the PTZ control software, I tried, and the only option under NTSC in PTZ control was apply or cancel, no option to select PAL. Other than that it works, PTZ control works etc.
If this cant be switched, do these come in PAL (25mhz) version?

    You need to call up the CT1GV camera's OSD menu via the IRIS+ button on the DVR's PTZ interface, then adjust NTSC to PAL in the camera's own OSD menu, and then save the settings.

    Please explain, how do you do that when there is no PAL option to select, only Apply or cancel?

    Your cameras are newer then mine so I don't know for sure but for my cameras, Where your NTSC is if you were able to high light that and click to the right or left it could change to format of PAL. For my cameras it has MP type and if I want 30 or 25fps 25 is for Pal and 30 for NTSC so I pick 30 as I am in the US and save and camera reboots in the format changed to?

    I cant select the Standard/NTSC# line, only up and down between Apply now or cancel.
